SANTIAGO — Enel has announced planned power outages across five communes in Santiago on Monday, June 9, as part of its preventive maintenance and distribution network improvement plan.
The utility company shared a map on Sunday identifying the affected areas and warned residents that interruptions may last several hours. Advance notice aims to help locals plan accordingly.
The scheduled blackout times by municipality are:
- San Miguel: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Conchalí: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Cerrillos: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- La Cisterna: Upper zone 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. / Lower zone 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Ñuñoa: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Residents are advised to prepare for the outages and adjust their activities accordingly.
