SANTIAGO – The quarantine measures to counteract the spread of COVID-19 in Chile have been extended for another week as the total number of coronavirus cases topped 90,000.

This Friday at 22:00, the quarantine decreed by the Ministry of Health for 41 communes of the capital Santiago and the metropolitan area will be renewed again:
